Open to audiences and performers of all ages, musicians, poets, comedians and performers of all types are invited to share their talents on the Dietrich stage every fourth Friday. This month’s feature is storyteller Hal Pratt. Hal Pratt is an author and traditional storyteller who has performed throughout Pennsylvania for over forty years. He draws his “haunt tales” from folklore and classic writers as well as modern horror writers and his own imagination. His ghost stories at October’s Open Mic have become part of the Dietrich’s Halloween celebration. Hal has written over a dozen novels for adults and children, some of which are available from the Tunkhannock Public Library. Call the Dietrich at 570-836-1022 x3 for details.
