This beautifully maintained cottage on Mineral Springs Avenue in the Park is just a short stroll to the beach. In the private pillars, it’s a great spot for children to ride their bikes or take the pup for a stroll on the path.

Step onto the welcoming porch where you can enjoy the sunrise and a cup of coffee or the wrap around to the side feature has an outdoor area to grill up your favorites on the gas grill. Step inside an enjoy the updated living room with new furniture and a SmartTV. Off of the living room opens up into a large eat in kitchen that seats six. The kitchen includes a stove, refrigerator, microwave, portable dishwasher, coffee maker and a washer and dryer. There is a powder room that completes the lower level.

The second floor has a master bedroom with a queen size bed with a bathroom across the hall that has a tub/shower combo. There are two additional bedrooms that each have a twin size bed.

Welch sleeps up to eight. This is a non-smoking cottage. Dogs permitted with a non-refundable pet fee. Wifi is available at Welch, but cannot be guaranteed.
