The first-floor offers an open living room with a cable television and dining area to watch a game or sit out on the large back deck to watch the sunset and enjoy the fresh air. The kitchen has a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and your basic cooking needs. There is a half bathroom off the kitchen.

The second floor has three bedrooms. The first bedroom has two twin beds, the second bedroom has a twin and a washer and dryer, and the third bedroom has a twin bed. There is a full-size bathroom with a shower/tub combination.

The third level of Hillcrest has a large bedroom with a queen size bed.

Hillcrest sleeps up to six. This is a non-smoking cottage. Cats only permitted for a non-refundable pet fee. Charcoal grill. WiFi is available at Hillcrest, but cannot be guaranteed.
