Bailiwick is a gracious 14 bedroom turn of the century historic Eagles Mere “cottage” with a generous wrap-around porch. A great house for those with a large family, this home has a large kitchen, laundry room, butler’s pantry, and a playroom. It features two comfortable living rooms with beautiful stone fireplaces and a large dining room with a stone fireplace that can accommodate the whole family for sit-down dinners.

FIRST FLOOR: Includes a bedroom with a king size bed, a bedroom with twin and private bath, and a guest half-bath.

SECOND FLOOR: 4 bedrooms with a king size bed in each, 6 uniquely decorated bedrooms with 2 twin beds in each, bedroom with a queen size bed, and a bedroom with a single bed. 6 baths, many with original claw foot tubs (4 bathrooms have showers).

The home has expansive grounds for baseball or capture the flag. It is a 2-minute stroll to the Laurel Path, 5-minute stroll to the beach, and 7-minute stroll to the historic village of Eagles Mere.

Bailiwick sleeps up to 16. This is a non-smoking cottage. Pets are not permitted. No Grill. WiFi is available at Bailiwick, but cannot be guaranteed.
